Abundant are mariglod flowers in the gardens as they are easy to grow, loved by bees, good for pest control and last until frost.

Meg's Community Garden and Edible Forest

One of our outdoor classrooms and the heart of "Community Hub", Meg's garden is a community garden of collective ethos. The garden is located at 100 West Mosholu Parkway South, Bronx, NY 10468-, western side of the DeWitt Clinton High School campus.

We practice permaculure, common sense ethical design science, which works with nature aiming to create an agriculturally productive sustainable system using natural resources.
There are three ethics in the heart of permacultre:
1. Earth Care
2. People Care
3. Return of Surplus
Garden Open Hours (from April to October)
